剖宫产术中预防性应用抗生素的临床分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the cesarean section of preventive use of antibiotics. Methods:In our hospital from January 1,2013 to December 31st,2013 of cesarean section in 2409 cases of the use of antibiotics were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The cesarean section operation prophylacticantibiotic use rate was 100%,15 cases of incision infection,5 cases of respiratory tract infection, 7 cases of reproductive tract infections,late postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 3 cases,single drug was 2356 cases,twodrugs for 53 cases.Conclusion:Caesarean operation on prophylactic antibiotics should be selected single dose drug,cheap,good tolerance,and short-range use.Our hospital cesarean section of rational use of antibioticsshould be further strengthened,should use effective and economic antibiotics.%目的：为了解我院剖宫产预防性使用抗生素的情况。方法：对我院2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日的剖宫产2409例病例抗生素使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果：剖宫产手术预防性使用抗生素率为100%，切口感染15例，呼吸道感染5例，生殖道感染7例，晚期产后出血3例，单联用药为2356例，二联药为53例。结论：剖宫产手术中预防性使用抗生素应选择单一剂量、价廉、耐受好的药物，且短程使用。我院的剖宫产抗生素合理应用有待进一步加强，应该使用有效及经济的抗生素。
