腰椎间盘突出运用牵引配合推拿治疗的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出运用牵引配合推拿治疗的临床疗效。方法：从2014年5月到2015年5月我院收治的112例腰椎间盘突出患者中按入院编号随机选取56例设为观察组，采用牵引配合推拿治疗，另外56例设为对照组，采用牵引治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率96.4%与对照组82.1%相比明显较高(P＜0.05)。结论：牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出能有效缓解患者临床症状，值得运用。%objective:To explore the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation with traction and massage.Method From May 2014 to May 2015, 112 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the research object,randomly select 56 cases as observation group,traction combined with massage therapy,The other 56 cases were set as control group,traction therapy,The therapeutic effect were compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.4%,which significantly higher than that of the control group 82.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traction combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,Worthy of use.
