Objective to explore the problems and solutions of antibacterial drugs in clinical application. Methods: 40 cases of antibacterial drugs in our hospital were selected from may, 2016 to may, 2017, and analyzed and explored from the irrational use of antibacterial drugs and corresponding countermeasures. The results of Due to medical personnel with professional knowledge don't understand, lead to improper drug selection in the process of drug use, improper drug usage and dosage, and lack of monitoring system in the management of hospital for drug is the abuse of antibiotics. Conclusion must strengthen medical personnel understanding of professional knowledge, earnestly implement the pharmacist function, establish and improve the drug management monitoring system, make standard of the use of antibiotics, strengthen the social from all walks of life's emphasis on antimicrobial agents, intensify the government related department intervention, ensure medication safety and effectiveness.%目的探讨抗菌药物在临床应用中存在的问题与解决的对策.方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月我院关于抗菌药物在临床上的应用40例,并从抗菌药物不合理用药以及相应的对策进行分析探究.结果:由于医务人员对于专业知识的不了解,导致在用药过程中药物选择不当、药物用法和用量不当、医院对于药物管理缺乏监测系统等是造成抗菌药物的滥用.结论:必须加强医务人员对专业知识的了解,认真履行药师职能,建立健全药物管理监测系统,制定抗菌药物的使用规范,加强社会各界对抗菌药物的重视,加大政府相关部门干预力度,保障用药安全性和有效性.
