贵州省2010年麻疹流行病学特征分析

摘要

Objective:To analyse the Measles Epidemiological Characteristics and provide scientific basis for measles elimination in Guizhou Province in 2010.Methods:Measles data of 2010 reported by measles surveil ance system in Guizhou province was analyzed by the descriptive epidemiology.Result:The incidence of measles was 0.22 per 100,000 population in 2010,the cases was 66.53% lower than that in 2009.The most cases aged 0-6 years old.80.72% measles cases were laboratory-confirmed. Conclusion:Guizhou achieved significant progress on Measles control in 2010.For the next step,Guizhou need to further strengthen the routine immunization program,to improve measles timely vaccination rate.It is necessary to strengthen measles surveil ance system and conduct catch-up vaccination.%目的：分析贵州省2010年麻疹流行病学特征，为消除麻疹提供依据.方法：对贵州省2010年麻疹监测系统报告的资料进行描述流行病学分析.结果：全省2010年麻疹发病率0．22/10万，病例数较2009年下降66．53％，为历史最低水平.发病主要集中在0-6岁组.实验室确诊病例占总病例的80．72％.结论：贵州省2010年麻疹控制取得显著进展，应强化常规免疫基础，不断提高含麻疹类成份疫苗及时接种率，适时开展查漏补种，不断完善麻疹监测体系.
