强化工作人员手卫生管理在ICU医院感染防控中的价值研究

摘要

Objective To explore the value of hand hygiene management in the prevention and control of ICU hospital infection. Methods ICU staff as the research object,contrast enhancement management before and after management staff hand hygiene execution rate,microbial qualified rate,patients with hospital infection. Results In the intensive management of hand hygiene after ICU staff hand hygiene execution rate,microbial qualified rate and strengthen management significantly increased,nosocomial infection rate decreased significantly compared to the previous,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the hand hygiene management of ICU staff can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate,and should strengthen the education and supervision of hand hygiene of ICU staff.%目的：探讨强化工作人员手卫生管理在ICU医院感染防控中的价值。方法选取ICU工作人员为研究对象，自2014年1月开始强化手卫生管理，对比强化管理前和管理后工作人员手卫生执行率、手微生物合格率、患者医院感染发生情况。结果强化手卫生管理后ICU工作人员手卫生执行率、手微生物合格率与强化管理前比较有明显增加，患者医院感染率较之前有显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论强化ICU工作人员手卫生管理能有效降低患者医院感染率，应加强ICU工作人员手卫生的教育和督导。
