归一法和床位利用模型在中医类医院床位评价中的应用

摘要

The bed utilization efficiency in Zhengzhou traditional Chinese Medicine hospital has been analyzed using efficiency index of nor-malization method and bed utilization model. The results showed that the bed development in Zhengzhou traditional Chinese Medicine hospital is slow, the regional distribution is uneven, and there is a phenomenon of bed waste. It is necessary to rationally plan the scale of the bed, strengthen the management of the benefit, and guide the patient to take a reasonable medical treatment, so as to promote the graded diagnosis and treatment and make full use of the health resources.%采用归一分析法的效率指数和床位利用模型,分析郑州市中医类医院的床位利用效率.结果显示:郑州市中医类医院床位发展缓慢、地区分布不均,且存在床位浪费现象,应合理规划床位规模、加强效益管理,引导患者合理就医,以推动分级诊疗及充分利用卫生资源.
