财务一体化模式下的医院科研项目经费管理

摘要

科研项目经费管理是医院经济管理的重要组成部分,传统的科研项目经费管理存在一些问题,本文基于医院财务一体化管理实践,总结科研项目经费管理中的经验与思考.%The fund management of scientific research project is an important part of hospital economic management. There are some problems in the traditional management of scientific research project funds.This paper summed up the experience and thinking in the man-agement of scientific research project funds based on the practice of integrated management of hospital finance.
