基于工作流技术的生产调度模式研究

摘要

Production scheduling problem of an enterprise workshop is a difficulty which counteracts survival and development of an enterprise, and also a project many scholars have explored over the years. This paper addresses the basic theory of production scheduling, with the scheduling problems existing in the actual production process, it makes a workshop production scheduling model design for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by the use of workflow technology.%企业车间生产调度问题是困扰企业生存发展的一个难题，也是多年来众多学者深入探讨的一项课题。本文阐述了生产调度的基本理论，结合企业实际生产过程中存在的调度问题，面向中小型制造企业，运用工作流技术进行车间生产调度模式设计。
