潮白新河下游流域水环境容量计算及分析

摘要

Using a one-dimensional model for forward simulation,we obtained the Chaobaixin River basin water environ-mental capacity with different probability of flow and different river water quality standards. Through calculation and analy-sis of the Chaobaixin River water environmental capacity,we provide the method of water environmental capacity based on the total amount control management system.%采用一维模型进行正向模拟计算，得到不同流量保证率下及不同河段水质达标时潮白新河下游流域近期水环境容量。通过潮白新河流域水环境容量的计算与分析，对以水环境容量为基础的容量总量控制管理体系的完善起到一定参考作用。
