填海造陆对海河口防洪影响分析

摘要

Sea reclamation brings much convenience and benefit to the economic society but also some negative impacts. From the angle of impacts on flood control of Haihe River estuary,this study mainly analyzed the negative impacts caused by tide level,discharge capacity,storm surge variation,and discussed how to confront and cope them in a right way.%填海造陆给人们带来大量便捷和效益的同时，也给经济社会带来诸多不利影响。从填海造陆对海河口防洪影响入手，分析其主要因子潮位、泄流量、风暴潮变化对防洪带来的不利影响，探讨如何正确面对和应对的方法。
