坡地不等高嵌固高层建筑结构抗震设计问题探讨

         

摘要

Aiming at a practical project which is the high-rise building normal shear-wall structure of unequalheight fixed on slop land, this article, by ETABS, studies how the change of gradient affects the seismic performance of this kind of structure and correlative measures to reduce the difference of lateral stiffness at the first layer under earthquake. It turns out that small gradients are more suitable for construction and can increase the sectional dimension of high-walls part is an effective way to reduce that difference, while it will be unavailable to increase the difference of lateral stiffness by increasing stiffness of two ends at the first layer.%针对一斜坡型底部不等高嵌固高层剪力墙结构,利用ETABS软件分析地震作用下坡度的变化对该类结构抗震性能的影响,以及减小底层两端侧移刚度差的相应措施。结果表明宜选择在坡度小的地基上建造该类建筑;增大底层高墙肢部位相关构件的截面尺寸是减小侧移刚度差较为有效的办法,而同时增大结构底层两端刚度的方法会进一步加大其侧移刚度差,不可采用。
