The poverty alleviation modes of "Talented persons + Cooperatives +Poor Farmer Households"and"Enterprises+ Cooperatives+ Poor Farmer Households"were analyzed to provide the theoretical reference for poverty alleviation and income increase of poor farmer households in Awati County.Result:The poverty alleviation mode of farmers' professional cooperatives has the advantages of resource integration, improvement of poverty alleviant benefit and good relationships between cooperatives and poor farmer households, and the disadvantages of high dependency on policies, lack of democracy and irregular operation and management of cooperatives.The suggestions to increase policy subsidy and strengthen cooperatives' talent team construction are proposed according to the existed disadvantages to realize self poverty alleviation of poor farmer households by strengthening culture of farmers' professional cooperatives and giving full play to organization and drive superiority of farmers' professional cooperatives to poor people.%为贫困户脱贫增收提供理论参考, 对阿瓦提县"能人+合作社+贫困户"和"企业+合作社+贫困户"的合作社扶贫模式进行分析.结果表明, 阿瓦提县农民专业合作社扶贫模式有整合资源、提高扶贫效益、加强合作社与贫困户联系的优势, 存在着高度依赖政策、缺乏民主、合作社运营管理不规范等劣势, 并在此基础上提出加大政策补助、加强合作社人才队伍的建议, 进而加强对农民专业合作社的培育, 充分发挥其对贫困人口的组织和带动优势, 实现贫困户的自我脱贫.
