不同类型小麦品种的主要抗寒性生理指标

     

摘要

为小麦品种的利用及其抗寒性的综合评判提供理论依据,对6个小麦品种在越冬期和返青期叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)等主要抗寒性生理指标进行了研究.结果表明:用小麦叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量高低来评判不同小麦品种的抗寒性具有不确定性;在越冬期用小麦叶片MDA含量的高低而在返青期用小麦叶片可溶性糖含量的高低可以较好地评判不同品种抗寒性的强弱;若同时使用小麦叶片中MDA含量和可溶性糖含量两项指标评判小麦品种抗寒性效果更好.%The contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and MDA in leaves of six wheat varieties at overwintering stage and regreening stage were studied to provide the theoretical basis for utilization of wheat varieties and comprehensive evaluation of their cold resistance. The results showed that it was incertitude to judge the cold resistance of winter wheat by using the content of soluble protein in wheat leaves at overwintering stage and turngreen stange, it could be effective to judge the cold resistance of winter wheat by using the content of MDA in wheat leaves at overwintering stage and the content of soluble sugar in wheat leaves at the regreening stage. Therefore, the contents of soluble sugar and MDA in wheat leaves at overwintering stage and regreening stage could be used together as main physiological indexes to judge the cold resistance of winter wheat perfectly.
