基于GIS和多目标综合评价模型的开发区土地集约利用评价:以洋浦经济开发区为例

     

摘要

开发区土地集约利用程度是当地经济发展水平和土地集约利用的风向标,具有典型性和示范性.在基于社会经济、土地利用等数据的基础上,运用GIS和多目标综合评价模型等方法,对洋浦开发区土地集约利用进行评价和测算.结果表明:洋浦土地集约利用度综合分值为83.17,各子目标对土地集约利用总目标的贡献率差距较大,管理绩效贡献率最大,为29%;土地利用状况的贡献率最低,为21%;土地集约利用潜力为1 391.38 hm2,潜力规模很大.其中,强度潜力为1 323.33 hm2,结构潜力为68.05 hm2.各子目标集约度值以及各潜力类型的规模,从不同侧面反映出洋浦土地利用存在的基本问题,提出了相关的政策建议.%The land intensive utilization degree of the development zone can reflect local economic development level and land intensive utilization level, which is of typicality and demonstration. The results from evaluating and calculating land intensive utilization of Yangpu development zone by using GIS and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model based on data of social economy and land utilization show that the comprehensive score of land intensive utilization is 83. 17, there is obvious difference in contribution rate of general land intensive utilization objective between different sub-objectives, the highest contribution rate (29%) is management performance, the lowest contribution rate (21%) is land utilization status, the land intensive utilization potential is 1391.38hm2, and its strength potential and construction potential is 1 323.33 hm2 and 68. 05 hm2 respectively. The intensive values of different subobjectives and scale of different potential types can reflect the basic problems in land utilization of Yangpu development zone from different sides. The relevant policy suggestions are proposed in the paper.
