Organization structure of digestive system of young Percocypris pingi was studied by H. E staining method to provide theoretical basis for Percocypris pingi cultivation, artificial breeding, offspring seed cultivation and population protection, and to lay the foundation for generation, development and utilization of large-scale cultivation of Percocypris pingi. The results show that there are abundant taste buds and mucous cells both on the the top and bottle of cavum oropharyngeum. The esophagus,composed of stratified squamous epithelium, on which a large number of mucous cells and taste buds distributed,is short. The outer layer develops circular muscle which belongs to striated muscle. Stomach is not morphologically obvious. the posterior section of the intestine is rich in the goblet- shaped cells, and the muscular layer is thicker. There is no lamina muscularis mucosa in all of the intestine and the submucosa is thin. The lobules of liver could not distinguish clearly. The distribution of central veins which varied in sharp is irregular. There are large number of hepatic sinusoids. There are typical hepatic portal canal areas composed by interlobular biliary canals, interlobular biliary arteries and interlobular biliary veins.Pancreas, as an independent structure, is scattered around the intestine and liver.%为鲈鲤的养殖与人工繁殖、苗种培育及种群保护等提供理论依据,并为鲈鲤规模化养殖的推广及开发利用奠定基础,用H.E染色方法研究了鲈鲤幼鱼消化系统的组织结构.结果表明,口腔顶壁和底壁均有味蕾分布,黏液细胞丰富;食道较短,黏膜上皮内分布大量的黏液细胞,有味蕾,外层环肌发达,属横纹肌;无明显的胃;肠后段杯状细胞丰富,肌层加厚,整个肠段均无黏膜肌层,黏膜下层较薄;肝小叶不明显,中央静脉大小不等,分布无规律,肝血窦丰富,可见由小叶间动脉,小叶间静脉和胆小管形成的典型汇管区;胰脏为独立结构,散布在肠和肝脏周围.
