The present situation and problems of the current conversion of agricultural science and technology achievements are investigated to improve the conversion rate, speed up the industrialization process of agricultural science and technology achievements and promote advances in agricultural science and technology. The results showed that the operation mechanism of agricultural technology generalization development is not adapt to the demand of market economy development, the effective demand and supply of agricultural science and technology achievements is relatively insufficient, the effective cooperative mechanism is not established among agricultural education, scientific research and generalization. And corresponding suggestions are proposed as well.%为提高农业科技成果转化率、加快农业科技成果的产业化进程、促进农业科技进步,对农业科技成果转化的现状及存在的问题进行了调研.结果发现:农业科研成果转化中存在着农业技术推广部门的运行机制与市场经济发展要求不相适应,农业科技成果的有效需求相对不足,农业教育、科研、推广三者之间未能形成良好的协作机制及农业科技成果的有效供给不足等问题.并提出了相应的建议.
