为贵州小香羊的产羔数标记辅助选择提供科学依据,利用PCR-SSCP分析了贵州小香羊雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ESR)基因外显子1和4的多态性.结果表明:贵州小香羊ESR基因外显子1和4的SSCP均呈现一种带型,命名为AA基因型(野生型),不存在多态性.贵州小香羊ESR基因外显子1和4序列的保守性高,该基因序列与贵州小香羊繁殖力的相关性有待进一步研究.%In order to provide the basis for marker-assisted selection of the litter size of Guizhou small-xiang goat, SSCP was used to detect the polymorphism of estrogen receptor(ESR) gene exon 1 and 4 of Guizhou small-xiang goats. The results showed that there was a same belt type presented in both ESR gene exon 1 and 4 of Guizhou small-xiang goats, which was named AA gene type (wild type) and did not existed polymorphism. This also prompted that the sequence of ESR gene exon 1 and 4 of Guizhou small-xiang goats had high conservation. This gene sequence was still further studied the relevant to the fecundity of Guizhou small-xiang goats.
