The contents of gastrodin from different growth periods and different tissues of Hong Gastrodia were detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography to evaluate the quality of Hong Gastrudia. Results: 1) The gastrodin content of non-bolting Gastrodia is high up to 0. 834%. The gastrodin content of bolting Gastrodia quickly reduce to 0. 101%. 2) The gastrodin content of stem barks is high, 0. 640%; the gastrodin content of fruit is low, 0. 302%; the gastrodin content of seed is the lowest, only 0. 094%. Conclusion; Hong Gastrodia is excellent in quality, which should be gathered around the beginning of winter. The remaining fruits and stem barks of Hong Gastrodia should be applied to extract gastrodin.%为了评价贵州德江产红天麻药材的品质,采用高效液相色谱法分析了红天麻不同生长期不同组织中的天麻素含量.结果表明:1)未抽薹红天麻中的天麻素含量最高,为0.834%;抽薹天麻中的天麻素含量较低,为0.101%.2)红天麻茎皮中的天麻素含量较高,为0.640%;果实中的含量较低,为0.302%;种子中的含量最低,为0.094%.结论:贵州德江产红天麻的品质优,用于提取天麻素的红天麻在立冬前后采收较好,红天麻的果实和新鲜茎皮均可作为提取天麻素的原料.
