高效液相色谱-二极管阵列法对中药中玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的检测效果

摘要

为建立简便易行、快速准确检测中药中玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的方法,对107个中药样品中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法进行测定.结果表明:玉米赤霉烯酮毒素在5～1000 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,检测限(LOD)为25.7μg/kg,回收率82.4％～92.8％,RSD 2.4％～8.8％.高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测法简便快速、通用性强、结果准确可靠,可满足不同基质中药中玉米赤霉烯酮毒素检测的需要.%In order to establish a simple, quick and accurate assay for detection of Zearalenone in traditional Chinese medicine, the Zearalenone in 107 Chinese medicinal samples was detected by HPLC-DAD. The results showed that a good linear corralation was demonstrated at the Zearalenone concentration of 5~1000 ng/ml and the detection limit was 25. 7 g/kg. The recoveries of analytes were from 82. 4 to 98. 2% while RSD was from 2. 4 to 8. 8%. This method could be applied to detect of Zearalenone in different traditional Chinese medicines for its high rapidness and precision.
