白腐菌对烟叶木质素含量的影响

摘要

In order to explore method of degrading lignin of tobacco leaf by using white-rot fungi for reducing offensive and increasing aroma of tobacco smoke.The results indicated that optimal conditions were nature pH,3％ yeast autolysis solution and 35C culture temperature.The smoking assessment showed that the effect of degrading lignin of tobacco leaf by using white-rot fungi for improving tobacco smoking was significant.%为了降低烟叶木质素的含量,达到降低卷烟烟气杂气,提升卷烟吸食品质,进行了白腐菌生物法降低烟叶木质素含量的研究.结果表明:白腐菌处理烟叶的最佳条件为pH为物料自然值,菌种添加量为3％,温度为35C,此条件下可降低木质素含量30％左右,烟叶整体品质显著提升.
