To study the relieving effect of NAA on locust seedling under copper stress,effects of NAA on physiological characteristics of locust seedling under copper stress were studied through a nutrient solution cultivation test.The results showed that the MDA,POD,SOD,PRO and soluble protein of locust seedling under copper stress were 8.1 μmol/g,1.46 U/(g · min),182 U/g,27 mg/g and 30.25 mg/L respectively.The right amount of NAA could weaken the toxic effects of copper stress,and decrease MDA,POD,SOD and PRO significantly.And the content of soluble protein increased significantly,the optimal concentration should be 0.1~1.0 mg/L.%为了探讨植物生长调节剂对刺槐幼苗铜胁迫伤害的缓解效应,采用营养液培养试验方法,对不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)对铜(Cu2+)胁迫下刺槐幼苗生理特性的影响进行研究.结果表明:铜胁迫下刺槐幼苗的MDA、POD、SOD、PRO以及可溶性蛋白质含量分别为8.1μmol/g、1.46 U/(g·min)、182 U/g、27mg/g和30.25 mg/L;适量的NAA可以减弱铜胁迫的毒害作用,使MDA含量、POD活性、SOD活性以及PRO含量明显下降,而可溶性蛋白的含量明显升高;NAA的最适浓度为0.1~1.0 mg/L.
