外源 ALA 对 NaCl 胁迫下小白菜植株生长与光合效应的影响

             

摘要

为小白菜抗逆栽培提供参考,采用盆栽试验比较了上海青小白菜在 NaCl 胁迫下喷施外源ALA 对其植株生长及光合效应的影响。结果表明:在100 mmol/L NaCl 胁迫下,喷施100 mg/L 外源 ALA的小白菜地上部和地下部干重分别比 NaCl 胁迫处理高4.00%和15.9%,初始荧光值下降11.5%,最大光化学效率、叶片潜在活性、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和叶绿素(a+ b)含量分别高6.6%、36.3%、21.7%、15.0%、19.3%和14.4%。外源 ALA 可缓解 NaCl 胁迫对小白菜光合效率的影响。%In order to provide some references for pakchoi stress resistance cultivation,by using pot experiment,the effects of exogenous ALA on plant growth and photosynthesis of pakchoi were studied under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress.The results showed that the group with 100 mmol/L NaCl+ 100 mg/L ALA compared with the group with 100 mmol/L NaCl,increased the aboveground dry weight by 4.0%, the underground part dry weight by 15.9%,decreased the minimal fluorescence(Fo)by 11.5%,decreased the PSⅡmaximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)6.6%,the potential photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fo) 36.3%,the photosynthetic rate(Pn)21.7%,the transpiration rate(Tr)15.0%,the stomatal conductance (Gs)19.3%,the total chlorophyll 14.4%.Exogenous ALA treatment might remit the effects of NaCl stress on photosynthetic rate of pakchoi.
