贵州正安烟农状况与现代职业烟农队伍建设

摘要

为促进贵州烟草种植产业的可持续发展，以正安县为例，利用对该县198户烟农进行调查获得的数据，分析了正安县烟农群体的现状，探索了现代职业烟农的标准，并对其现代职业烟农队伍建设提出了建议。结论认为，正安县烟农的整体文化素质较低、年龄偏大、单户种植规模较小，应从制定现代职业烟农标准入手，促进与完善现代职业烟农的资格认定，并构建土地集中经营、技能培训、专业服务等方面的配套措施，综合促进现代职业烟农队伍建设。%To promote the sustainable development of Guizhou tobacco planting industry,the present status of tobacco growers and the standard of professional tobacco growers were analyzed and explored based on the investigation data of 198 tobacco growers in Zheng'an County.It was concluded that tobacco growers in Zheng'an County were older with low cultural quality and small planting scale.It was suggested to comprehensively promote modern professional tobacco grower team construction from the following aspects:formulating modern professional tobacco grower standard, promoting and perfecting the recognition of qualifications of modern professional tobacco growers and constructing supporting measures, including land concentration operation,skill training and professional services.
