甘蓝型优质杂交油菜新品种卓油058的选育

摘要

In order to select new hybrid rape variety with high yield,quality an d oil,and apply in production,Zhuoyou 058,a new hybrid rape variety,was crossed by sterile line U33A and restorer line X6-1(original code 66-2)by Guizhou Zhuohao Agricultural Sci-Tech Co.LTD.The mean yield and oil yield was respectively 176.93 kg/667m2 and 79.0 kg/667m2 in regional tests in the lower reaches of Yangtze River;In the production test the mean yield,whole growth period,oil content,erucic acid content and thioglycoside content was 198.56kg/667m2 ,223 d,44.66%,0.15% and 18.17 μmol/g respectively.It was approved by State Crop Variety Approval Committee in January 2014,and named Zhuoyou 058 with the serial number of Guoshenyou 2013021.%为选育高产优质高油分杂交油菜新品种应用于生产，贵州卓豪农业科技有限公司利用甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系 U33A与恢复系X6-1（原代号66-2）组配育成优质杂交油菜新品种卓油058，该品种在国家长江下游区区域试验平均产量176．91 kg/667m2，平均产油量79．0 kg/667m2；生产试验平均产量198．56 kg/667m2，全生育期223 d左右。含油率44．66％，芥酸0．15％，硫苷18．17μmol/g饼。于2014年1月通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定，定名卓油058，品种审定编号为国审油2013021。
