“互联网+”现代农业发展探讨

摘要

我国正处于“互联网+”现代农业的起步阶段,亟需加强理论研究.为对我国推进“互联网+”的相关工作提供参考,阐释了“互联网+”现代农业的内涵以及与传统农业产业活动融合之后的典型特征;以江西省为例,概括该省“互联网+”现代农业建设现状,指出要准确传播“互联网+”农业内涵、遵循农业产业特点、有效衔接“线上”与“线下”活动和总结摸索自身规律等四点认识;基于江西省的实践经验,提出科学开展“互联网+”农业顶层设计、加快“互联网+”农业配套法律法规建设、推出明确化多样化的“互联网+”农业扶持措施、加强“互联网+”农业从业人员知识培训和构建与“互联网+”农业相适应的物流体系等五点政策建议.%The theoretical research on " Internet plus" modern agriculture should be strengthened because China still is in the initial period of "Internet plus" modern agriculture.The connotation of "Internet plus" modern agriculture and typical feature of integration between the "Internet plus" and traditional agricultural industrial activities are explained to provide a reference for development of "Internet plus" related work in China.Four aspects to exactly propagate the connotation of "Internet plus",follow the characteristics of agricultural industry,effectively connect activity between on-line and off-line and summarize itself regularity are reviewed by analyzing the the current status of "Internet plus" modern agriculture construction in Jiangxi Province.Five policy suggestions to scientifically carry out the top-level design,speed up the corresponding laws and regulations construction,launch the specific and diversity support measures,strengthen training of employees and build the suitable logistics system are proposed for development of "Internet plus" modern agriculture based on the practical experience in Jiangxi Province.
