2012年在广西开展一次以＂解放思想、赶超跨越＂为主题的大讨论活动,是广西壮族自治区第十次党代会的重要决定。认真学习并在实践中贯彻落实这一重要决定,需要我们认识和把握这次解放思想大讨论的重要意义,弄清＂解放思想＂与＂思想解放＂的联系与区别,明确这次解放思想大讨论的目的、主要任务、具体要求、方法步骤及主要＂抓手＂。%Great discussion on emancipating the mind and catching-up goal in 2012 is a significant decision of the 10th Party Congress of Guangxi. It is needed to understand and grasp the significance in order to put it into practice, and to distinct the inner-connection and difference between emancipating the mind and ideological liberation, to make clear of the goal, main task, specific requirements and metholodogy.
