目的对温通法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的效果进行探讨分析。方法随机选择我院输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者65例,分成A、B两组, A组28例为对照组,行输卵管通液术治疗；B组37例为治疗组,行温通法治疗。将两组患者治疗效果进行对比研究。结果 B组患者小腹疼痛、下坠、分泌物多等症状改善优于A组,B组经治疗,成功妊娠率高于A组,治疗有效率高于A组。结论温通法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症,疗效显著,能够有效缓解患者症状,改善不孕状况,有效率较高,具有较高临床使用和推广价值。% Objective Research and analysis on the effect of temperature treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods Randomly selected 65 cases of hospital tubal obstruction infertility patients, divided into two groups (A, B), group A and 28 cases for the control group, the line tubal surgery treatment;37 cases of B for the treatment group, the line temperature through treatment. Two sets of patient outcomes were compared. Results Group B patients with symptoms of abdominal pain, tenesmus, discharge, more improvement is better than group A, group B after treatment, successful pregnancy rate in group A, treatment efficiency than in group A. Conclusion The temperature law treatment of tubal obstruction infertility, effective, and can relieve symptoms, improve infertility conditions, higher efficiency, with higher clinical use and promotion of value.
