目的：探讨行腹部外科手术后患者术后应用镇痛泵的临床效果以及护理方法。方法随机选择我院收治的患者180例，分为实验组（90例）与对照组（90例），实验组患者术后硬膜外接镇痛泵进行镇痛，对照组患者术后立即拔管采用传统间断静脉注射或肌注止痛药，观察对比两组镇痛泵的效果以及术后的护理方法。结果两组镇痛效果相比较，实验组明显比对照组效果好，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组术后恶心、呕吐、腹胀、尿潴留发生率较多，两组结果相比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。嗜睡、皮肤瘙痒两组比较无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论腹部外科手术患者术后使用镇痛泵镇痛效果好，但仍存在不良反应，良好的护理可以保证镇痛泵效能的正常发挥。%Objective?Discusses the application of line after abdominal surgery in patients with postoperative analgesia pump clinical effects and nursing methods. Methods Random selection of our hospital 180 cases of patients, divided into experimental group (90 cases) and control group (90 cases), experimental group analgesia in patients with postoperative epidural analgesia pump converter, control group patients with postoperative extubation immediately adopt traditional intermittent intravenous or intramuscular injection pain relievers, observe the effect of the compared two groups of analgesia pump and postoperative nursing methods. Results Compared two groups of analgesic effect, good effect in experimental group than the control group obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distention, urinary retention, two groups of results comparisons difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Lethargy, itchy skin compare two groups no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Abdominal surgery patient’s postoperative analgesia pump analgesia effect is good, but there are still side effects, good nursing care can ensure normal analgesic pump efficiency of the play.
