噪声及噪声与溴氰菊酯联合作用对生产工人健康的影响

摘要

Objective Understanding the combined effects of noise-deltamethrin if will be or not more harmful on production workers’ health. Methods Analyze the health physical examination data of production workers who single exposure to noise and who simultaneous exposure to noise–deltamethrin. Results Noise–deltamethrin combined promotes cardiovascular system and the occurrence of hearing loss. Conclusions Noise–deltamethrin is more harmful to production workers’ health. In the case of protects workers’ health, we should prevention and control of noise. At the same time, we should reduce the deltamethrin concentration in production environment.%目的了解噪声与溴氰菊酯联合作用是否会对生产工人的健康产生更大危害。方法利用单一接触噪声和同时接触噪声及溴氰菊酯的生产工人健康检查资料进行分析。结果噪声与混溴氰菊酯联合对心血管系统的影响有促进作用，对听力损伤的发生有促进作用。结论噪声与混溴氰菊酯联合作用对生产工人健康危害加大，防护噪声对人体损伤的同时，也应减少生产环境溴氰菊酯的浓度。
