HPLC法快速测定复方板蓝根颗粒中表告依春的含量

摘要

Objective To establish faster determination method for epigoitrin in Fufang Banlangen granules. Method The HPLC analysis was carried out on Waters XBridgeTM BEH Shield RP18(4.6×100mm,2.5μm). The mixture of methanol-water (10∶90) was used as the mobilephase. The Column temperature was 30℃. The flow rate was 2mL/min. The detection wavelength was 245nm. Results The linear range of epigoitrin was 0.00908-0.3632μg. The average recovery of this method was 99.4%and the RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion The method was faster and accuracy. And it can be applied in determanition of epigoitrin in Fufang Banlangen Granules.%　　目的建立复方板蓝根颗粒中表告依春的含量快速测定方法。方法采用HPLC快速分析技术，色谱柱为Waters XBridgeTM BEH Shield RP18（4.6×100mm，2.5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（10∶90），流速为2mL/min，柱温30℃，检测波长245nm。结果表告依春在进样量为0.00908~0.3632μg范围内峰面积线性良好，平均回收率为99.4%，RSD为1.8%。结论该法快速、准确，可用于复方板蓝根颗粒中表告依春的含量测定。
