胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗策略分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的策略。方法回顾性分析我院在2011年3月至2013年10月收治的30例胫骨平台骨折患者的手术治疗情况，其中13例患者行双柱支撑固定植骨手术治疗，17例患者行单柱支撑固定植骨手术治疗。结果本组所有患者术后经过1~2年时间随访，参照Rasmussen膝关节功能评分，结果治疗优良者26例，优良率为86.7%，其中优17例，良10例，可2例，差1例。结论在确保骨折部良好血运的情况下，首先解剖复位胫骨平台，并进行支撑固定植骨手术治疗的手术治疗效果显著，固定更加持久、稳固，是一种安全有效的手术方法，值得在临床上进一步推广。%Objective To study the analysis of the operation strategy for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2011-October 2013 scores of the surgical treatment of 30 patients with fracture of tibial platform, all of the patients adopt double column support ifxed bone graft surgery. Results All patients with postoperative after 1 to 2 years follow-up, consult Rasmussen knee functional score, the excellent treatment of 26 cases, was 86.7%, the best cases, 10 cases of benign, can be in 2 cases, 1 case. Conclusion In the case of ensure fractures of good blood supply, the ifrst anatomical reduction and tibia platform, and support ifxed bone graft surgery treatment of surgical treatment effect is remarkable, ifxed more lasting and stable, is a kind of safe and effective surgical method, worthy of further promotion in clinic.
