目的：探讨并分析心理护理对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将我院自2012年7月至2013年12月所收治的98例老年高血压患者作为研究对象，通过患者临床资料的研究与分析，采取随机的方式将其划分为对照组与观察组，两组病例分别为49例，其中对照组患者常规进行降压药物治疗和基础护理，观察组基于此实施1个月的心理护理，就两组患者治疗依从性进行对比分析。结果经过一段时间的治疗和护理，观察组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组，二者所存差异显著，具有统计学意义，即P＜0.05。结论在老年高血压患者的临床治疗与护理过程中，加强心理护理，可提高患者治疗依从性，有利于患者树立正确的战胜疾病的信心，便于患者所存负向情绪或者不良心理的疏导和消除。%Objective To study and analyze the psychological nursing of elderly patients with high blood pressure treatment adherence.Methods Our hospital from July 2012 to December 2013, 98 cases treated by the senile hypertension patients as the research object, through research and analysis of patients with clinical data, adopt the method of random can be divided into control group and observation group, two groups of cases in 49 cases, respectively, of which the antihypertensive drug therapy and control group patients were primary care, observation group based on the implementation of one month's psychological nursing, two groups of patients with the treatment compliance were analyzed.Results After a period of treatment and nursing, the observation group of patients treatment adherence is significantly higher than the control group, both have significant difference, statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion In elderly hypertensive patients in clinical treatment and nursing process, strengthening psychological nursing, can improve the patients' treatment compliance, to set up the correct confidence in conquering disease, patients with convenient for patients by any negative emotions or and to eliminate the adverse psychological guidance.
