健康教育在轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者体位干预中的应用分析

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the health education in patients with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) clinical application effect of body position intervention in patients.Methods70 cases of OSAS patients in our hospital from July 2012 to February 2014 year were made as the research object, randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 35 cases each group. Two groups of patients were given posture intervention. Regular guidance control group follow-up, the intervention increased follow-up times group on this basis, and health education. Comparing the two groups of patients with intervention compliance.ResultsThe patients in the intervention group was signiifcantly better than the control group intervention position (P<0.05); factors affecting adherence intervention, discomfort is the main reason, the difference was statistically signiifcant in patients with inconvenience and cognitive errors of two factors (P<0.05).ConclusionHealth education can effectively improve the OSAS intervention compliance of patients with postural intervention, promote the rehabilitation of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:探讨健康教育在轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者体位干预中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院自2012年7月至2014年2月所收治的70例OSAS患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组35例。两组患者均给予体位干预。对照组随访时进行常规指导,干预组在此基础上增加随访次数,且进行健康教育。比较两组患者的干预依从性。结果干预组患者体位干预显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预依从性影响因素中,不适是主要原因,其中患者不便和认知错误两因素差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以有效地提高OSAS患者体位干预时的干预依从性,促进患者康复,值得临床推广。
