目的：探讨研究综合护理方法应用于子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法选取2013年12月至2015年8月的178例进行手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实行综合护理，观察两组患者的疗效以及术后并发症的发生情况，并进行护理后的生活质量以及护理满意度的问卷调查分析。结果观察组患者在治疗疗效、生活质量、护理满意度方面均明显较对照组高，术后并发症的发生率明显较对照组低，且P＜0.05，差异具有统计学的意义。结论综合护理子宫内膜异位症患者会提高治疗效果和生活质量，同时减少复发率和并发症发生率，值的大力推广。%Objective Discussion of Comprehensive Care method is applied to endometriosis effect. Method Select December 2013 to August 2015, 178 cases of surgical treatment of endometriosis patients, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group received usual care group was observed in the implementation of integrated care based on the routine care observe the efficacy and the occurrence of postoperative complications between the two groups, and questionnaires to analyze the quality of life care and after care satisfaction. Result Observed efficacy in the treatment of patients, quality of life, care satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group, and P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive Care endometriosis patients will improve treatment and quality of life, while reducing the recurrence rate and complication rate, to promote values.
