诊断性逆行性胰胆管造影的术后护理体会

摘要

目的 探究经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影技术治疗胰胆疾病术后的护理体会.方法 回顾性分析2013年2月至2014年2月收住在我院被确诊为胰胆疾病的50例临床资料和实验数据,随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,对照组采用外科手术治疗方法,实验组则采用内镜下逆行性胰胆管造影术进行治疗,术后密切观察病情发展及变化情况,针对性的进行护理干预.结果 实验组较对照组取得的临床效果较好,实验组的并发症发病概率较对照组少,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 内镜下逆行性胰胆管造影技术是现阶段诊断和治疗胰胆疾病的重要手段,对于术后并发症早期诊断及治疗具有重要的意义.%Objective To explore the nursing experience of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography technique in the treatment of pancreatic and biliary diseases after operation.Methods Retrospective analysis of February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital was diagnosed with pancreatic and biliary diseases 50 cases clinical data and experimental data, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 cases in each group, the control group was treated with surgical operation treatment, the experimental group were treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatic ductography treatment, postoperative close observation of disease development and changes, specific nursing intervention.Results In the experimental group than in the control group in clinical effect is good, the incidence of complications in experimental group compared with the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography technique is an important means of the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic and biliary diseases, has an important significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications.
