Regarding to the stability analysis of self - supporting conical roof with reinforcing rib, the FEM was per- formed on the conical roof of fermentation tank in alcohol equipment to make the eigenvalue buckling analysis for the self - supporting conical roof without reinforcing rib, get the non - steady state model to take reinforcing measures, raise capabilities for stability, then make the static nonlinear buckling analysis to get the crippling load for the conical roof with rein- forcing rib. Results showed the self- supporting conical roof can be applied to project widely.%对于在外载荷作用下带加强筋自支撑锥顶稳定性问题,以酒精装置中发酵罐锥顶为例,采用有限元方法,先对不带加强筋锥顶进行特征值屈曲分析,求取其失稳模态以采取适当的加强措施,提高结构的抗失稳能力,进而通过静态非线性屈曲分析,确定结构的临界外载荷,使得自支撑锥顶在工程上得到更广泛的应用。
