全清洗技术在延迟焦化装置中的应用

摘要

乌鲁木齐石化分公司120万吨/年延迟焦化装置2013年停工期间，选用济南瑞东实业有限公司研发的RFC-2清洗剂，对装置的重油系统进行处理，有效地清除了重油系统中的油垢、锈垢及焦泥等污垢，管线清洗干净。可以保证延迟焦化装置开工以后，重油系统高效运行。%The delayed coking unit in Urumqi petrochemical company during stop work in 2013 , the RFC-2 cleaner was selected by Jinan East Industrial Co..The means for processing heavy oil system effectively removed heavy oil system of focal mud and other dirt , oil, rust, scale and pipeline was made clean , which can guarantee the delayed coking device after start working , and heavy fuel oil system ran efficiently.
