齿啮式快开门的结构型式特点和设计

摘要

The main structure form and characteristics of the tooth -locked fast open were expounded , and the matters needed attention of the design process.The two fundamental structures , seal form and seal principle of the device , species of sealing ring and materials were introduced in detail.The rational design not only assured the strength and stiffness of the device , but also made the heavy device light and flexible , and reduced the cost of productive material.Calculation was especially important to design.The force analysis and design calculation of the tooth -locked clamp connection system were carried out joined by whole through examples.%阐述了齿啮式快开门的主要结构形式和特点，设计中应注意的事项。对该装置的两大基本结构、密封形式和密封原理，还有密封圈的种类、材料进行了详细的介绍。合理的设计除了能保证装置的强度和刚度，更可使笨重的装置变得轻巧、灵活，降低生产材料的成本，当中设计计算尤为关键，本文通过实例对整体相连齿啮式卡箍连接系统进行了受力分析和设计计算。
