Three types of UV-curable nano silica sol were prepared by Michael addition, solvent substitution and sol-gel.Structure, size and distribution of sol nano particles were studied by IR and DLS, also the properties of UV-cured coating.Results showed that acrylate groups were grafted to nano silica particles obtained by varying ways, the wear properties of the coating was improved by nano-silica particles.%采用Michael加成、溶剂置换、溶胶凝胶三种制备工艺合成可UV固化纳米硅溶胶。对比了三种硅溶胶中纳米粒子的红外结构、粒径及其分布,并进行了硅溶胶光固化涂层性质研究。实验结果表明:三种方式制备的硅溶胶粒子均不同程度接枝了丙烯酸酯基团,在固化涂层中纳米二氧化硅粒子对涂层耐磨性质有一定的提高。
