2-甲基四氢呋喃气相色谱分析方法的改进

摘要

2-甲基四氢呋喃是一种重要的有机中间体和溶剂。本文采用以OV17为固定相的毛细管柱分离了2-甲基四氢呋喃及其杂质，以乙酸乙酯为内标，对2-甲基四氢呋喃样品进行了定量分析。结果表明，与原分析方法相比，改进后的方法能够很好地分离2-甲基四氢呋喃与2-甲基呋喃，具有分离效果好，分析速度快，重复性好的优点，可用于以2-甲基呋喃为原料生产2-甲基四氢呋喃过程的质量控制和产品的常规分析。%2-Methyltetrahydrofuran is an important organic intermediates and solvents. 2-methyltetrahydrofuran and impurities were separated by capillary gas chromatography and the purity of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran was quantitatively determined using ethyl acetate as an internal standard. The result showed that compared with the original analysis, the method had the advantages of good separation, good repeatability and high speed, which can be used for routine analysis and quality control of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran production process.
