节能技术在炼油装置中的应用

摘要

一般来说炼油企业耗能大，因此可采用节能措施的空间大。炼油装置的变配电设施要尽量靠近负荷中心，电缆的选择也要充分考虑长期运行的经济性。尽量选用高效电机，变压器和新型照明灯具（LED），可显著提高电能的使用效率；通过在变电所内安装无功补偿装置，推广使用变频调速装置以及提高供配电电压等措施，有效的降低炼油装置的整体能耗，取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。%Usually power consumption of Refinery is high , so the power saving technique can be used very well.Transformer and distribution facilities for oil refining unit should be as close to the load center , cable selection should also fully consider economy with long-term operation.As much as possible to use high-efficiency motor , power transformer and new type lighting fitting ( LED) can improve the efficiency of energy use significantly.The installation of reaction power compensation device in substation , promoting the use of VFD and enhancing the distribution voltage can reduce effectively total power consumption of refinery unit , and achieve good economic benefits and social benefits.
