电磁超声检测技术( Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer, EMAT)是20世纪60年代发展起来的一种新型的无损检测技术,主要用于高温测厚以及无损探伤领域。相比于传统的无损检测方法, EMAT不仅能够适用于较高的工况温度(最高可达500℃),而且在使用过程中不需要耦合剂的作用,大大的提高了工作效率。本文立足实验对比作用,探究了材料和提离距离对EMAT检测技术的影响。%Electromagnetic acoustic transducer ( EMAT) is a new type of non-destructive testing technology which has been developed since 1960s.It is mainly used in thickness measurement of high temperature and NDT fields. Compared to the tradition NDT methods, EMAT can not only be applied to high temperature conditions ( up to 500 ℃) , but also be used without the coupling agent which greatly improves the work efficiency.The influences of material and lift-off distance to EMAT were studied based on the experiments.
