DCS 控制化工生产装置在实训教学中的运用

摘要

为解决化工类专业学生实训教学的需要，我院建设了化工生产综合实训室，采用先进的DCS控制系统和一套混合反应加热系统和双塔串联串级筛板式－填料式连续精馏装置有机结合，构成了一套完整的DCS控制化工生产综合实训装置，学生可以进行DCS系统和现场装置的联合操作控制，提高了学生的动手实践能力，促进了实训教学的改革。%In order to meet the needs of students in practice teaching of chemical engineering, chemical production comprehensive training room was built in our college, using advanced DCS control system, a mixed reaction heating system and twin towers series cascade sieve plate filler type continuous distillation combined device, a complete DCS control chemical comprehensive training device was made.With the device, students can carry out combined operation control with DCS system and device, so as to improve the practical ability and promote the reform of practice teaching.
