开孔补强设计在压力容器设计中的应用研究

         

摘要

In the process of rapid economic development, every industry develops fast in our country, and obviously the chemical industry develops faster in China’s socialist market development.With the rapid development of chemical industry, the application range of the pressure vessel becomes more and more wide.At the same time, pressure vessel supports the development of chemical industry in some ways.Pressure vessel design is an indispensable part of chemical operations, one of the pressure vessel designs is more important in the process of design, namely the opening reinforcement design.In the process of opening, pressure vessel structure changes, accident often happens, therefore it needs to fill in the process.The opening reinforcement design in the application of pressure vessel design was simply analyzed.%在经济快速发展的过程中,我国各个行业发展的速度非常快,在此过程中化工行业成为我国社会主义市场中发展较为明显的一个行业。随着化工行业的快速发展,压力容器的应用范围越来越广。与此同时压力容器在某些方面支持着化工行业的发展。压力容器的设计是化工操作不可缺少的一部分,压力容器在设计的过程中有项设计较为重要,即开孔补强设计。采用开孔的过程中,由于压力容器结构发生了改变,较容易产生意外因而需要补强。本文就开孔补强设计在压力容器设计中的应用进行简单分析。
