重油催化裂化油浆综合利用及进展

         

摘要

重油催化裂化装置每年副产数百万吨的油浆,大多被用作燃料油的调和组分,造成了宝贵的石油资源浪费.传统的分离技术无法满足高质效油浆规模化的生产需求.延迟焦化掺炼油浆很难实现创效而且还会危及装置的长周期运行.近年兴起的悬浮床加氢裂化技术(VCC),为催化裂化油浆提质增效和清洁化生产提供了一条新途径.%Million tons of oil slurry produced by residue fluid catalytic cracking ( RFCC) is usually used as blending components for fuel oil, which causes a huge waste of precious oil resources. The traditional separation technologies are hard to meet the needs of large-scale production for high quality and efficiency of RFCC slurry. Refining RFCC slurry in delayed coking unit is unprofitable and also is harmful for long-term stability of the operation of unit. In recent years, suspended-bed hydrocracking process provides a new way towards high quality and efficiency, and clean slurr yproduction.
