惠炼常减压装置低压瓦斯气回收技术分析与探讨

摘要

文章介绍了中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司常减压装置低压瓦斯回收系统的概况、装置所解决的生产问题、瓦斯回收系统的运行状况及目前仍存在的问题。对于压缩机长期运行产生的腐蚀问题进行了分析，并提出相应的解决措施。为装置长周期运行提供保障。%The general situation of the low pressure methane gas recovery in Huizhou Refining & Petrochemicals Company, the problems that had been solved and the current operational state were introduced, and the remaining existing problems were analyzed and discussed. The corrosion problem for the long-term operation of generating compressor were analyzed, and the corresponding solving measures were put forward to provide the guarantee for the long period operation of unit.
