絮凝剂聚合硫酸铝铁的制备及性能研究

     

摘要

Industrial wastewater treatment has always been a disturbing problem in Chinese industrial development. To treat industrial wastewater through an efficient and reasonable manner is the main measure to save water and reduce emissions. The development and application of water treatment chemicals is considered as one of effective means to control the content of toxic substances in industrial waste water and to retard the formation of sludge, which can help industrial wastewater approaching to the standards of environmental emissions and the repeating utilization of industrial wastewater. An idea of new flocculant polymerization aluminum sulfate composited by steel slag and fly ash and verified by experiment was presented. The optimum technological conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment. The principle of water treatment chemicals was revealed, it had important practical and theoretical values.%工业污水处理一直是困扰我国工业发展工业的难题,合理高效地进行工业水处理,是节约用水和减少排污的主要措施。而水处理剂的研发和使用是控制工业污水中有毒有害物质,进而阻止污泥的形成,使得工业污水达到环境排放及重复利用的标准的有效手段之一。本文以钢厂废渣和粉煤灰合成新型絮凝剂聚合硫酸铝铁,通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件。并进行了实验验证。揭示了水处理剂与污水的作用规律,具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。
