煤系针状焦生产中混合油流变性的研究∗

         

摘要

混合油是煤系针状焦生产过程中精制沥青和重油组成的混合物,混合油的流变性能直接影响其在焦炭塔中的成焦性。本文以8种不同进料时间的混合油为研究对象,利用旋转粘度分析仪分别测定了它们的粘温曲线;根据粘温曲线的变化情况将其划分为4个温度区间,采用不同的拟合方程对混合油的流变性变化规律进行了详细分析。研究结果表明:在温度较低范围内,混合油粘度随温度的变化最敏感,随温度的升高粘度变化逐渐减小,趋于平稳。根据粘度对温度敏感性的差异分为敏感区、过渡区、和稳定区,且敏感区和过渡区属于非牛顿型流体状态,稳定区属于牛顿型流体状态。%The mixe d oil is a mixture component on the productive process of coal-based needle-coke which is consisted of refined pitch and heavy oil, the rheological properties of mixed oil directly affects its coking property in the coke tower. Eight kinds of mixed oil at different feeding time were studied by using a rotating viscosity analyzer to measure their viscosity-temperature curve. The viscosity-temperature curve can be divided into four temperature ranges, the rheological change law of mixed oil was analyzed by different fitting equation in detail. The results showed that the changes of viscosity with temperature were the most sensitive in the low temperature zone, the viscosity decreased slower and then tended to stable with the temperature increased. It can be divided into sensitive areas, transition areas and stable areas according to the differences of viscosity sensitivity to temperature, what’s more, the sensitive area and the transition area belonged to non-Newtonian fluid state, the stable area belonged to Newtonian fluid state.
