阵列电极在海洋环境下金属腐蚀中的研究进展

         

摘要

阵列电极是将传统的大面积金属电极分割成多个微电极,并且有序的排列,彼此之间绝缘的复合电极,通过测量单独的微电极对应区域的腐蚀电流、腐蚀电位并得到其分布和变化特征来研究整个金属电极界面局部腐蚀过程的非均匀性。本文介绍了本课题组的阵列电极的制作、测定方法及其在海洋环境下局部腐蚀中的应用,结合其他研究者的工作介绍了阵列电极技术及其在局部腐蚀的优势,重点论述了该技术在不同海洋环境下金属腐蚀中的应用,并对其未来研究发展的方向进行展望。%Wire Beam Electrode is a kind of combination electrode which has an orderly arrangement and across the insulation among the multiple microelectrode divided with large mental electrode. The corrosion current and potential were tested in single electrode tiny areas, the heterogeneity among the process of localized corrosion on the surface of the electrode was studied with the current distribution and the potential distribution. The fabrication, determination method and application in the seawater with localized corrosion of the wire beam electrode of our research group were introduced. The wire beam electrode technique and the advantage in the study of localized corrosion were discussed, combined with the work of other researchers. This technique was mainly discussed in the application of mental corrosion of the different seawater environments and its future trend in research was put forward.
