二氧化硅气凝胶具有独特的理化性质和生物相容性,使其成为生命医学领域基础研究的重要选择之一。阐述了二氧化硅气凝胶的制备工艺、机理及影响因素,分析了二氧化硅气凝胶的微观结构对其性能的影响,综述了二氧化硅气凝胶在药物输送系统、生物催化剂和生物传感器等方面的应用及研究现状,最后展望了二氧化硅气凝胶在生命医学领域中的应用前景。%The silica aerogel has special physicochemical property and biocompatibility which makes it to be one of important choices in the field of biomedicine and pharmaceutical basic research field. The preparation process with the mechanism and influence factors of silica aerogel were briefly introduced. The effect of silica aerogel microstructure on properties was investigated. The application and research progress of silica aerogel were reviewed from the aspects of drug delivery system, biocatalysts, biosensor, and so on. The applcation prospects of the silica aerogel on biomedicine and pharmaceutical were proposed.
